VO₂ Pretest Requirements

  1. Dress in comfortable exercise attire.
    • Test is done on a Softride Spin Bike; pedals have toe cages
  2. Refrain from exercise or endurance training for 24-hours prior to test.
  3. Avoid food, tobacco, alcohol, and caffeine for at least 3 hours before testing.
  4. Continue medications as usual.
  5. Exercise warm-up per usual routine.

  • VO₂ Max and Sub Max
  • AT , AeT, Peak VO₂
  • Precise Target Heart Rates
  • Calories Burned During Exercise
